The Welcome is at the heart of the community in Longridge and Shaw Heath
The Welcome is a safe place for all, a
place where everyone can come and be themselves and enjoy activities and
company with friends. At the heart of The Welcome is a busy friendly cafe with
great value home cooked food.
Our activities include a youth cafe; adult
education; fun times for children and families; mental and physical exercise for the elderly; support for those trying to return to work.
The Welcome was founded and is supported by the local Methodist Churches, and has a close relationship with its sister organisation The Welcome Church, which also meets in the building.
